Uhlmann Solarelectronic Off-Grid Solar Power Systems

This name stands for many years of competence in the areas of development, production and sales of solar charge controllers and inverters for off-grid solar systems. The company was founded in 1982 by Siegfried Uhlmann, who managed Uhlmann Solarelectronic until 2008, when his son Arno Uhlmann took over the management of the family business.

The program ranges from low-cost standard controllers to complete new developments according to customer specifications. Accessories such as inverters, DCDC converters, LED lamps and controllers for thermal systems are also on offer.

High-tech tailor-made

Over time, the company specialized in the upper performance range and custom-made products. So far, well over 100,000 controllers have been produced, which together drive 10 megawatts of power. These include telecommunication systems, radio / TV converters, self-sufficient measuring systems and domestic power supplies. A solar-lit cycle path with 34 radio-networked lamps was also built by us.

Partnership with STECA and Studer

Since 1996 there is a mutually fruitful and successful cooperation with the electronics producer STECA from Memmingen. As a qualified service partner of the Swiss company Studer, we have been handling the repair service for the proven Studer Inverters since 2018.
